k365 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between k365 ("k365", "we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through k365.site and its associated subdomains, applications, and services. By accessing the k365 platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the k365 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Players who do not meet all criteria are not permitted to register or use the platform.

To be eligible to register and use k365, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during account use;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether with k365 or any other gaming platform or authority;
• Register only one (1) account in your own legal name with accurate personal information;
• Not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person for gambling purposes;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or close associate of k365 or any of its partner gaming providers;
• Have access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where use of online gaming services is lawful under your applicable local laws.

k365 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source, and all winnings will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the k365 Platform's full features, you must create a Player Account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials at all times.

• Accurate Information: All registration information — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• One Account Only: k365 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason. k365 employs technical detection measures to identify duplicate account attempts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. k365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). Do not share your password or login credentials with any third party.
• Account Ownership: Player Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your k365 account or any funds held within it to any other party.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify k365 immediately via live chat support so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

k365 processes all player transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• k365 Transaction Fees: k365 charges zero platform fees on deposits and withdrawals. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are not controlled by k365.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes on average for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan) are processed within one (1) business day.
• Payment Method Matching: k365 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount. This is an anti-money laundering compliance requirement.
• KYC Before Withdrawal: Document verification is required before withdrawals above defined thresholds are processed. k365 accepts CNIC copies and bank account confirmation documents. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal holds until verification is complete.
• Disputed Transactions: Any deposit discrepancies must be reported to k365 support within 72 hours of the transaction date. k365 will investigate and resolve disputes in accordance with its licensing obligations.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

k365 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Eligibility: Unless stated otherwise, all promotions are available only to players with fully verified accounts who are in good standing with k365.
• One Promotion Per Household: Unless specifically stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, only one bonus per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate — specific rates are stated in each promotion).
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry date. Wagering requirements must be met before the expiry date or unmet bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While playing with active bonus funds, the maximum bet per round or spin is Rs 1,000 (or equivalent) unless specified otherwise. Breaching maximum bet limits while using bonus funds may result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse Prevention: k365 actively monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to guarantee bonus clearance, coordinated bonus exploitation, and breach of single account policies. Where abuse is detected, k365 reserves the right to void bonus funds and close associated accounts.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules govern all gaming and betting activity conducted through the k365 Platform. These rules apply to all game categories including sports betting, live casino, video slots, table games, Lucky Dice, and all other platform features.

• Bet Finality: All bets and wagers placed and accepted by the k365 system are final. k365 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets, except as expressly provided for in specific game rules published on the platform.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Individual game and market minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or betting market. k365 reserves the right to adjust stake limits without advance notice.
• Void Bets: k365 reserves the right to void bets in the event of system errors, game malfunctions, incorrect odds, or where there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or event manipulation in sports markets. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's real money balance.
• Software Integrity: Players must not attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or exploit any aspect of the k365 Platform's software, RNG systems, or betting infrastructure. Any detected attempt to use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or other automated tools to gain unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage in any game mode, including poker or live dealer games, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

7 Responsible Gaming

k365 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. k365 acknowledges that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that a small percentage of players may develop problematic gambling habits. The responsible gaming provisions below are designed to protect vulnerable players and promote healthy gaming behaviour.

• 21+ Age Policy: k365 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. All registrations are subject to age verification. k365 takes no responsibility for underage access that results from a player providing false age information during registration.
• Self-Assessment: Players are encouraged to regularly assess their gaming habits using the responsible gaming self-assessment tools available in the k365 account dashboard.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may define the maximum net loss they are prepared to accept within a given time period. k365 will enforce these limits automatically.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations and enable reality check notifications during gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with immediate effect.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to permanently or long-term exclude themselves from k365 may request self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within minutes and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Third-Party Resources: k365 encourages any player who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek assistance from qualified professional counselling services. k365 support can provide information on available resources upon request.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, game titles, graphic elements, interface designs, data compilations, and other intellectual property appearing on or forming part of the k365 Platform are the exclusive property of k365 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the k365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes.
• You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, licence, modify, or create derivative works from any k365 Platform content without express prior written consent from k365.
• You must not frame or mirror the k365 website or embed k365 content on any third-party site.
• Game content provided through k365 by third-party software providers is additionally protected by those providers' intellectual property rights.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k365, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the k365 Platform.

• k365 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• k365 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical malfunctions. In the event of a malfunction affecting the outcome of games or bets, k365's liability is limited to refunding the wager amount to the Player's account.
• k365 is not responsible for losses caused by: internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, third-party payment provider delays or failures, or force majeure events beyond k365's reasonable control.
• k365's aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

k365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
• Underage gambling or failure to pass age verification;
• Maintaining multiple accounts;
• Bonus abuse, collusion, fraud, money laundering, or any other form of irregular or dishonest conduct;
• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to circumvent game fairness;
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims made in bad faith;
• Request by law enforcement, regulatory authority, or the licensing body.

Where an account is suspended or terminated for cause, k365 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Real money balances not associated with fraudulent or ineligible activity will be returned to the original payment source following completion of any investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting k365 support. All real-money balances will be refunded to the verified payment method following a final account review.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

k365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the k365 Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support.
• k365 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes without explicit consent.
• Data is retained for the periods required under our licensing obligations and applicable financial regulations.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention requirements. Such requests should be directed to [email protected].

12 Amendments, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Amendments: k365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-platform notification with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect. Non-material updates (such as typographical corrections or formatting changes) may take effect immediately.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k365 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between a Player and k365 regarding the outcome of a game, bet, or account action, the Player should first contact k365 customer support via live chat. If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction, it may be escalated to k365's formal complaints process. k365 will provide a final written resolution within 14 business days of a formal complaint submission. Unresolved disputes may thereafter be referred to the independent dispute resolution mechanism available under our licensing authority.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between k365 and the Player and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature.
